Application for recognition of a professional qualification of a professional patent attorney in the Member States of the European Economic Area

Process description

1. Service requests
   The professional patent attorney shall submit an application (in a free form) with a request to obtain a confirmation from the Patent Office regarding the recognition of his or her professional qualification for submission to one of the Member States of the European Economic Area.

2. Receipt of services
   The prepared confirmation shall be sent to the address specified by the applicant.
